Elspeth joined WCC as Chief of Repairs in October 2024. She has over twenty years’ experience in repairs, contracting and compliance across both registered providers and local authorities. Elspeth is passionate about delivering high quality service to residents and is excited to be part of the WCC Housing Service in a borough with such a diverse housing stock
Gary Lea
Chief Surveyor
Responsive Repair Service
Gary joined WCC in June 2024 and plays a leading role in the delivery of the busy responsive repair service. Gary has very rounded experience having worked for housing associations, contractors and a local authority previously. He has experience across repairs, major works, fire remediation, voids and complex projects. He strives for excellence and his vision is to deliver a best in class maintenance service for Westminster residents. He's building a new team that embrace Westminster's values and work collaboratively with delivery partners. He's keen on developing staff and unlocking their potential. He's seeking surveyors and senior surveyors who share this vision and have a passion for housing and making a difference.
